Independently owned and headquartered just outside Seattle, Allovus was founded by Hayley Nichols in 2009.

Hayley's goal was to create a talent agency that was different. A place that embodied the spirit of the Pacific Northwest combined with her belief that treating people with generosity and respect leads to thriving employees and client relationships that shine.

Our specialty is bringing the right people together. With our Recruiting Team, we can quickly source top talent to meet a wide variety of client needs. Our Studio Team is able to scale resources immediately by managing the entire process; collaborating, designing and delivering.
