At Couple of Scoops, we serve more than ice cream, we serve our community.

Our mission is to create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with Autism and other Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, building a workplace where everyone feels valued, included, and empowered to succeed.

Every scoop helps create opportunities, build confidence, and make our community a little sweeter.

Couple of Scoops began with a dad, a dream, and a daughter named Molly.

After creating employment opportunities through Couple of Socks, Molly's dad saw another way to bring people together. Since Molly loves people and ice cream, Couple of Scoops was born—a place where sweet treats create meaningful jobs and lasting connections.

Every scoop reminds us that inclusion makes life a little sweeter.
