T-Mobile Friday Night 5G Lights Tailgate

Friday Night 5G Lights is back, and the Gig Harbor retail location is part of the action. Select store locations across the country are hosting community tailgate events during the FN5GL Tailgate Week on Tuesday August 11 from 11am to 5pm. Join us for the fun.

Every year, we hear the same thing from our winners: “We never thought we had a chance.” And yet they rallied their towns, shared their stories, showed their spirit, and made history. In 2024, Inola HS in Oklahoma, a town of 1,900 and in 2025, Dierks HS in Arkansas, a town of 900, both rallied votes from across America to each win a $1 million grand prize to upgrade their fields. Even locally, just last year, South Kitsap HS in Port Orchard, won $25,000.

We opened the application window early this year on April 9 and have encouraged all new and returning schools to apply for a chance to win millions in prizes,
