If you have a student in your life interested in becoming a youth naturalist with Harbor WildWatch, join us at Round Table Pizza for an informational open house to learn all about our seaStars & Beyond program! seaStars & Beyond is an 11-month training program designed to inspire nature enthusiasts ages 5-17. Training involves both the student and parent/guardian, with education through a series of hands-on workshops, field trips, volunteering at public events and final service project. Topics covered include water quality, geology, and marine biology, the natural history of Puget Sound, and more! This open house will introduce you to the Harbor WildWatch team, have hands-on workshop demonstrations and information available about enrollment in each level of the program; and, of course, pizza! Stop by anytime from 6-8pm. *Note: This informational open house is ONLY for prospective seaStars & Beyond students and their families. Current seaStars & Beyond students will attend the Orientation and Workshop #1 on January 26.*
