    WHAT CAN I DO?  You can get involved in this year’s event and add your name to the growing list of people showing their appreciation for our community’s parks.
     
    Families and Individuals:  No need to pre-register; just visit one of the sites listed to help the groups, or drop by your favorite park or school for some cleanup.

    WHAT SHOULD I BRING?  Volunteers should wear appropriate clothes and shoes for the season, weather, and work.  Bring gloves, reusable water bottle, shears, loppers, pruners, mattocks/polaskis, rakes, shovels—and be sure to label them.
     
    Most of all bring your enthusiasm, smiles, and appreciation for our parks.  Burn a few calories and have some fun, too! Hot dog lunch for workers at noon at either Sehmel Homestead Park or Gateway Park.
