Lighthouse Nutrition and Wellness will present its LNW 12th Anniversary Open House and Wellness Fair for the first time, featuring a handful of local vendors, food and light entertainment. Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist Cathy Hains has been helping residents of the Gig Harbor and outer-Pierce County areas and beyond in WA state to get to their best health, and prevent and treat disease with her comprehensive nutrition and behavioral change program and other services like grocery store tours, cooking demos and more. Her specialties are healthful, evidenced-based weight management, gastrointestinal health and food sensitivities. She has also offered a faith-based program for those wishing to go that route.
