Let’s Rock the Boat! Gig Harbor has long been home to people who made the water their highway, home, and livelihood. From boat builders to fishermen, sailors to paddlers, we are people of the water. The Harbor History Museum's annual fundraising dinner and auction celebrates all those who live, work, and play on the water. As stewards of such historic vessels as the Squally-Severtson canoe, the first Thunderbird Sailboat ever built, and the 1925 fishing boat Shenandoah, the Museum is eager to share the stories of the people and places that helped these vessels make history. Your support will help us create new and exciting exhibits that will feature these boats and foster a love of the sea for generations to come. So, put on your deck shoes, grab a Highball, and help us Rock the Boat!
