Gig Harbor Celebrates: America 250 Kid and Pet Parade!

Join the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Gig Harbor Waterfront Alliance, and City of Gig Harbor in celebrating America's 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

It's a 4th of July celebration like Gig Harbor has never seen before!

Kid & Pet Parade, where children, families, and their four-legged friends are invited to decorate bikes, wagons, strollers, and leashes and parade in true patriotic style. Prizes will be handed out for the most patriotic parade entries!

Stick around Skansie Park for a full afternoon of fun, including live music, hotdogs, a classic pie-eating competition, a pie-baking showdown featuring local chefs, and a lively Kids Corner packed with hands-on crafts, games, and activities designed to keep little ones entertained.
