Join us for In the Current, an exhibition of mixed-media works by Cuban-born artist Hugo Moro, whose upcycled furniture and found-object constructions explore themes of memory, resilience, spirituality, and human connection.

Drawing from his childhood in rural Cuba, Moro transforms discarded materials into compelling narratives that reflect both personal experience and universal themes of resourcefulness, identity, and belonging. His work invites viewers to consider the relationships between objects, people, and the environments they inhabit.
