What sets your business apart, and what is something people might not already know about it?
We believe the experience of building a home should receive the same care and attention as the home itself. A custom home involves hundreds of decisions, countless moving parts, and a significant personal and financial investment. We take that responsibility seriously.
Our approach emphasizes thoughtful preconstruction planning, open-book budgeting, proactive communication, and collaboration with clients, architects, designers, and trade partners. Honest conversations help clients understand their options and make informed decisions.

We work alongside clients and their architectural and design teams throughout the process, offering guidance on site considerations, preconstruction planning, budgeting, construction coordination, and the many decisions involved in bringing a custom home to life.

Why did you join the Chamber, and how do you stay involved in or support the local community?
We joined the Gig Harbor Chamber because we believe strong communities are built through meaningful relationships, collaboration, and businesses supporting one another.
Gig Harbor and the South Sound are an important part of who we are. We recently signed a lease for a new office in Gig Harbor, reflecting our commitment to building lasting relationships and becoming an active part of the community.
We value opportunities to connect with fellow business owners, support local professionals, and share knowledge that helps homeowners make thoughtful decisions. Being part of the Chamber means contributing to a community we’re proud to serve.
What do you love most about your work, and can you share a favorite customer story or proud moment?
One of the most rewarding parts of our work is watching a client’s vision become a place where their life will unfold. Every custom home represents tremendous thought, planning, collaboration, and trust. Being invited into that process is something we never take for granted.
Our mountain projects at Snoqualmie Pass are wonderful examples of collaboration. Challenging terrain and weather require creative problem-solving, technical expertise, and close coordination among architects, engineers, suppliers, and skilled tradespeople.
Some of our proudest moments happen behind the scenes: resolving a complex challenge, helping a client feel confident about an important decision, or seeing a team come together to accomplish something exceptional.
What’s next for your business, including any goals, upcoming events, or promotions you would like us to highlight?
We’re excited to continue growing our presence in Gig Harbor and throughout the South Sound. Alongside our new office, we’re developing quarterly gatherings that bring homeowners, prospective clients, and local professionals together for conversations about building, remodeling, architecture, and design.
Our first gathering, Before You Build, is being co-hosted with RGA Architecture on Thursday, October 22, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. in Gig Harbor. The evening will bring together professionals from custom home construction, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, engineering, real estate, and construction finance.
Our hope is to create an ongoing opportunity to connect, learn, and access the collective knowledge of trusted local professionals in a welcoming setting.
