Heron’s Key, an amenity-rich Life Plan senior living community by Emerald Communities, is underway with wood framing for its independent apartment homes and steel construction for the community’s clubhouse which will include restaurant-style dining venues, fitness center, salon and spa, creative arts studio and library.

A true Life Care Community, the health center will provide residents unlimited access to a continuum of health care, offering the assurance of assisted living, memory care, rehabilitative services or skilled nursing for as long as needed and at a predictable cost well below market rate, providing residents and their families a peace of mind.
The first Life Care community in Pierce County, Heron’s Key is expected to open in Gig Harbor, Wash. In early 2017.
