Randy Johnson1

Speaker: Randy Johnson of Apple Physical Therapy

Topic:

Most successful business people are familiar with Jim Collins’ work Good To Great, wherein he stresses the importance of having the “right people on the bus in the right seats.”

Randy has combined this reality with the concepts Tom Rath presents in his NY Times bestseller Strengths Finder to understand where “natural” conflicts and synergies can arise within an organization, and to implement strategies for maximizing organizational effectiveness.

Most of us have a bus with people on it. Some are even in the right seats. The better we understand how those people are predisposed to interact with each other and those outside the organization, the better we will be able to maximize their effectiveness.

Randy will be sharing how he plans to double Apple’s revenue – and bottom line -- over the next five years, down economy or not, using these principles.

NOTICE: The 2012 Membership Luncheons will be held at Kensington Gardens! See you there!
